I am a native of the North Georgia mountains.  
I opened Appalachian Realty in 1986 because I wanted to help people find their dreams in these mountains, just as I had found mine several years before.  I have lived in Gilmer County since 1981.  I have seen the growth and change here but we have maintained our peacefulness and beauty, in part, because of the large area of Chattahoochee National Forest that surrounds us.  The beauty and abundant wildlife make living here a wonderful privilege.
I am a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club, an accredited buyers agent and an e-pro internet professional.  I specialize in locating  just the right property for my clients.  I go above and beyond what you expect of an agent.  That is what has made my business and career successful.  I hold my agents to the same standards I adhere to.   I know that you will be pleased with their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to insure that clients and customers are pleased  with the service they receive.  This keeps our customers and clients returning when the time to purchase or sell real estate arises again.
